Triad Environmental LLC is owned and operated by Kyle and Elisabeth Smith, residents of the Triad area. Kyle and Elisabeth have a young daughter, Ivy, and a Dutch Shepherd mix named Lola. 


Although Triad Environmental was formed in 2023, Kyle and Elisabeth have had many run-ins with asbestos before opening. In 2013, Kyle started a restoration company in the triad area, which dealt with asbestos concerns regularly due to the nature of their work. After a decade of growing that business, they thought that instead of calling another asbestos company to handle those concerns, they should open their own asbestos abatement company to handle it quicker in emergencies. Since then, they have gotten to know many contractors, restoration companies, and homeowners who are thankful for their restoration knowledge as Triad Environmental understands what demands are needed to make the jobs flow correctly, safely, and keep on schedule.
