A person can tell a lot about a company by its service long after the sale is made. We used Triad Environmental in 2023 for asbestos abatement. In April of 2024, we listed the property for sale but could not find the asbestos abatement letter. I called Elizabeth on a Tuesday evening after business hours and she returned my call the same day. Not only did she promptly return my call after hours but she emailed me the letter we needed the next morning before we even woke up.

A tree fell on our house and asbestos was found in the Sheetrock. Kyle did an awesome job helping us with our insurance company (Nationwide). The insurance company only wanted to replace the ceiling, but Kyle said the walls needed replacement, as well. It took a little while (due to the insurance company) but Triad Environmental stood by our side. They did not give up on us. They have experience working with the insurance companies and they are not afraid. I would definitely recommend them!
